Abstract: Micronuclei (MN) in ducement in the Polychromatophilic Erythroblasts (PCE) of mouse bone marrow by sodiuminsulfite was studied in vivo. It showed that the chemicals caused an increase of MN rate in the PCE cells in a dose-dependent manner. There was the protection effect of Seabuckthorn seed oil on the genetic damage induced by sodiumin sulfite.

Key words: sodiumin sulfite, micronuclei, mouse bone marrow, seabuckthorn seed oil
