Study on the Optimal Working Parameters in the Extraction of Flavone in Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Fluid

Abstract: Supercritical CO2 fluid was used to extract the flavone in Artemisia Selengensis Turcz. in this paper. The working parameters, including extracting pressure, extracting temperature and alcohol content were studied by means of Orthogonal design. Experiment results showed that using 1.5%alcohol as the reagent, at 35℃extracting temperature and 30MPa extracting pressure was the best conditions to extract the flavone in Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.
