Abstract: The characteristics of homogeneous polyamino acids were described firs tly in the article.It stressed on reviewing some kinds of polyamino acids,for example:ε-polylysine,γ-polyglutamic acid,polyaspar-tate,polyornithine,and their application in the fields o f food,enviroment protection materials,biomedical materials,non -virus -carrier genetherapy and medicine step releasing system.
