Study and Formulation on the Series Standard of Vegetables Quality Safety and Elementary Analysis

Abstract: In this paper, the author introduces the research and establishment on the quality safety standard of Shenzhen forNon-pollution vegetable and compares it with the National Standards. It is established on corresponding with the NationalStandards and regarding on the actual situation in Shenzhen. It makes the National Standards more crystallized and is alsocomplementary for the National Standards with more clear objective and easy manipulation.
