Determination Vitamtna c in Fruits and Vegetables by Spectrophometric of Phosphomolybdic Heterpolyacids

Abstract

Abstract: It is established that a new system of vitamin C is determinated by spectrophotomin of phosphomolybdicheteropolyacids in this paper.This compound has a maxium absorption wavelengh at 820nm.This molar absorptivity is 2.1×106L•mol-1•cm-1.Langberbeer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0～8mg/L of vitamin C. This method has been applied todetermination of vitamin C in fruits and vegetables with satisfactory results in accuracy and precision.
