Study on Two-dimensional Paper-chromatography of Soybean Isoflavone

Abstract: Soybean isoflavone in made up of Daidzein, Genistein and its’ remification, they have the similar chemistry characters,the analytical method is HPLC, but the instrument is expensive, it can’t be popularized. We adopt the two-dimensional paper-chromatography, it is a kind of the convenient and very simple method. The result is same as the method LC-MS.
