Study on Soluble Carbohydrate Binding Speciality of Zn in Edible Flowers

Abstract: In the paper the content and specific analysis for soluble carbohydrate binding speciality of trace elements zinc inthree edible flowers: Chrysanthemum、Cottonrose hibiscus and Honeysucker have been studied respectively by AAS. Theresults show that the content of soluble carbohydrate binding speciation of zinc in the edible flowers is higher.
