Extraction New Technology of Bovine Blood Copper and Zinc Superoxide Dismutase (Cu, Zn-SDD)

Abstract: A new procedure is designed based on the conventional method. Higher purity Cu,Zn-SOD is obtained by thermaldenaturalization, twice ethanol-chloroform to remove other protein, acetone precipitation. Its specific activity is 6988U/mg•pro.
