Abstract: In order to increase the yield of nucleotidte metabolite in Cordyceps militaris by corn culture, the strains, nitrogen resources and levels, water supply, culture period and illumination were assayed by determining the contents of cordycepin and adenosine in the culture produce by HPLC. The results showed that under 20% bean power as nitrogen resource, adding nutrient solution of equal volume, inoculating Cm-2 strain with light covering and culturing for 35 days, the content of cordycepin in the culture produce reached 5.49mg/g, significantly higher than that of the whole Cordyceps militaris. Therefore this study added newspecies and new material for health care food.
