Abstract: Colorants biodegradation and growing condition of the Polystictus versicolor cultured with simulation effluent were investigated. The results showed that the optimum concentration of initial glucose was 1%, concentration of N was 6~ 12mmol/L and concentration of CaCl 2 was 0.05mol/L, while the appropriate antifoaming agent was RS. The results of even design displayed that the concentration of N was the main influencing factor of colorants biodegradation; and the interaction of concentration of N and biotin became the main influencing factor of biomass.
