Review on Residue Risk Hazards of Clenbuterol and Methods of Assay in Animal Food

Abstract: In this paper we introduced the physicochemical characteristics and mechanism of clenbuterol, analysed its hazard to human health and national economy then summarized all kinds of determination methods of residual clenbuterol in animal food.
