Application of Nano-packaging in Food Preservation and Its Security Assessment

Abstract: The review summarizes the current status and its application of nano-packaging especially anti-ultraviolet nano- packaging、beer bottle nano-packing and anti-bacteric nano-packaging in food preservation. The review also describes the security problem of nano-packaging. And on the bases of those, the review puts forward on the comprehensive security assessment of nano-particle in food nano-packaging.
