Molecule Modification of Flavonoid

Abstract: A review of flavonoid molecule modification is president. The methods and effects of molecule modification for improving bioactivity of flavonoids are discussed in detail. Improving flavonoids’ solubility in water or oil and endowing them with specialf unctionsi sh ot research.
