Abstract: Pig carcass grading is to grade pig carcass ,based on its some characteristics ,to achieve higher price with better quality and promote the improvement of quality of pig. This paper provides a critical review to the current situation and prospect of development of technology of pig carcass grading. In addition ,some practical conceive were brought forward for establishing the pig carcass grading system which is suitable ,quick and nicety.
