Study on Extraction by Ultrasonic-NaOH, Purification and Physicalcochemical Characteristic Assay of Polysaccharide on Repseed Meal

Abstract:  The polysaccharide on repseed meal was extracted with ultrasonic-NaOH in this paper, the condition was optimized, and the protein was removed by Sevage, RSPS1~4 were obtained by purify RSPS by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex G- 100. The physical and chemical characteristic of RSPS1~4 were analyzed and the monosaccharide content of RSPS-2 and RSPS-3 were analyzed by HPLC.
