Analysis of Conjugated Linoleic Acid Isomers Produced by L. helveticus L7

Abstract: Two CLA isomers produced by L. helveticus L7 were separated by HPLC, and confirmed to be t9,t11-CLA and c/t-9,11-CLA respectively by UV spectrum, FTIR and GC-MS.
