Research on Fish Scale Extracting Glutin by Water

Abstract: In this paper extracting collagen from scrap fish scale by water was studied. No sour,alkali,salt in the processing,reduced the pollution to the environment. The results showed that the best processing condition are the water ratio 1:1~1:1.5,temperature 60~70℃,time 2~3h.
