Study on Extraction Antimicrobial Agent with Supercritical Fluid Extraction from Combined Plants and Its Antimicrobial Activities

Abstract:
 In this article,four plants were combined by using orthogonal test. Antimicrobial effect of liquid of plant extracted and essential oils extracted by supercritical CO2 in vitro was studied. Based on antimicrobial effect of essential oil,the optimum conditions for supercritical fluid extraction was obtained.
