Determination of Cholesterol in Black Sweet Corn Oil by HPLC

Abstract:  A new method of determination of cholesterol in black sweet corn oil by HPLC was studied. The recovery was above 98%. The detection limit was 0.002mg/ml for the cholesterol. The results showed that cholesterol was not detected in black sweet corn oil. The method is rapid,simple and applied.
