Study on Bacteriostasis of the Selenium-rich Pleurotus Ostreatus

Abstract

Abstract: Two draw liquid of Pleurotus Ostreatus and selenium-rich Pleurotus Ostreatus were obtained through microwave and hot water bath respectively. Comparing these four draw liquid’s effect on bacteriostasia, the results showed were obtained that they all have a better effect on B.megaterium, S.aureus, S.typhi, and have a certain effect on P.aeruginosa, but they have no evident effect on E.coli and B.brevis. In addition, microwave draw liquid has a better effect than hot water bath and selenium-rich Pleurotus Ostreatus is better than Pleurotus Ostreatus.
