Study on the Extraction about Distilling Essential Oil from Leaves

Abstract:  The test is a research on the extraction of distilling essential oil from leaves by comparing efficiency of extraction by three reagents. Those are ether, ethyl acetate and ether from Petroleum. By this test, to evergreen Magnolia leaves and to camphor tree leaves, the better reagent is ether from petroleum; to laurel leaves, the better reagent is ether.
