Comparative Research on Removing Pesticide Residues from Vegetable and Fruit with Different Detergents

Abstract: To establish a method for determining removal rate of pesticide residues on vegetable and fruit by detergents, vegetables were contaminated by pesticides through spraying, then extracted by acetonitrile, enrichmented by spe, determined by GC-MS. This method can be used to evaluate the removel effects of household detergents on pesticide residues.
