Abstract

Abstract: A specific method was developed to determine the casein phosphopeptides(CPPs) in calcium tablets. The method was proved to be simple, specific and precise. The detection limit is 1μg/ml. Within the concentration range of 1～100μg/ml, the linear equation is y = 3074.6x + 684.6, R2=0.999. The recovery ranges from 96% to 104%. Thus, this method can be applied to the determination of CPP in calcium-enhancing agents.
