Rapid Determination of Moisture in Foodstuff with Infrared Moisture Meter

Abstract:  This article assayed the moistures of three solid foods with both GB/T5009.3-2003 and infrared method. The results showed that the infrared method takes less time and easier to handle with no significant diversity incomparison with drying oven method at (105±2)℃, (3+1)h.
