Abstract: Original strain, Lactobacillus. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus 1.1482 was mutated by ultraviolet radition and DES. Then a strain named 1616u, producing conjugated linoleic acid 1616u was obtained. The optimum conditions were found, original pH of culture material 5, culture temperature 37℃, and culture time 30h 11.61μg/ml is the highest with an average of 11.04μg/ml conjugated linoleic acid.
