Abstract: Endophytes fungus strains were screened firstly from Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord.,and the active strains were screened with improved TTC(3.5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride)microdilution method.MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration) and MBC(minimum bactericidal concentration)were detected against eleven food spoilage swains. The results showed that 28.5% endophytes strains have antimicrobial activity where 15.2% endophytes have higher anthmicrobial activity among which JJ18 strains have broed-spectrmn antimicrobial activity to bacteriun, yeast and mycelial fungus. While JJ314 has strong antimicrobial activity to bacterium and yeast.Antimicrobial active endophytes strains from Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord are potential resources for foods antiseptic.Microdilufion method is accurate and reliable.
