Abstract: Composition of nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis and the fermentation broth and mycelia of Paecilomyces gunnii var. minor RCEF0864 were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that nucleosidesin the mycelia of RCEF0864 contain mainly adenosine, uridine, guanosine, inosine, cytosine, adenosine and cyclophosphate while the fermentation broth of RCEF0864 contains mainly uridine, thymine, inosine, cytosine, adenosine, adenosine cyclophosphate. The results showed that the contents of the nucleosides in the fermentation broth and mycelial of RCEF0864 are many times more than those in Cordyceps sinensis.
