Abstract: Intelligent packaging has been one of the most widely concerned topics on the globe. Intelligent packaging was good for food preservation. The mechanism of food preservation and the characteristics of intelligent packaging technology were analyzed. This article introduced the application of intelligent packaging in food preservational.
