Abstract: Corn embryo linoleic acid(CELA) was extracted through supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology. The major influence factors such as extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow were studied and analysised. CELA were qualitatively and quantitatively analysised through gas chromatography. The technological conditions were optimized through orthogonal test. Results showed that the optimum corolitions are: the extraction pressure 30 MPa, temperature 50 ℃, time100 min, CO2 flow was 25 L/h. On these conditions the CELA extraction rate was 57.27%.
