Technology of Quality Inspection and Safety Assessment for Drinking Water

Abstract: Drinking water plays an important role in our dally life. And with the increasing need of safe drinking water, the quality and safety of drinking water have become focues of attention. Though there are many unfathomed questions on drinking water, many great progresses on the technology of quality inspection and safety assessment have been made under the pressures and challenges of food quality and safety. Greater efforts should be made to improve the technology of quality inspection and safety assessment for drinking water in the future.
