Abstract: The article analyzes the problems of environment pollution and ecological destroyment caused by each link of agricultural industrialization from the characteristics of agricultural industrialization, and points out that the counter mea- surement of environmental protection should be adopted in order to realize the sustainable development of agricultural industrialization.
