Clarification of Medicinal Stone Maifanshi-Chitosan for Pear Juices

Abstract: A solid adsorbent was made from medicinal stone maifanshi and chitosan which can be used to clarification of pear juices.80 mm medicinal stone maifanshi was added in chitosan slurry of 90% the degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent which mass ratio is 1:1.2.The optimal operation conditions:the absorbent amount of addition 10 g/L,agitation time 4 min at 30 ℃ and the transparence is 80%.The filtrate slurry can be used for feed additive without environmental pollution.
