Abstract: Objective:The antisepsis effects of different extract of APG were probed,as well as its chemical components.Method:Different extracts of APG were prepared firstly, and the antisepsis effect was studied with OD value. At the same time, the chemical components of different extracts were determined. Results:The ethylactate extract was different from the others by the clustering analysis, and its antisepsis effect was optimal. The polyphenols of the flavonol compounds and the saponin had prominent influence on the antisepsis, and the significance was 0.003 and 0.037 respectivly. Conclusion:The APG has excellent potential as the antisepsis substance.
