Review on Development of Bioactive Components in Bovine Colostrums

Abstract: Bovine colostrum contains large amounts of the immune regulatory factors and growth factors,which provided with a series of biological functions,such as immune regulation.This paper discusses the status quo of the main bioactive substances in the biological function,immunomodulatory activity,extraction and application of the immunoglobulin,the lactoferrin and the Insulin-like growth factor.
