Study on Extraction Technology of Total Alkaloids from Zanthoxylum bungeanum

Abstract: The extraction technology of total alkaloids from Zanthoxylum bungeanum was optimized by orthogonal design. The optimal extraction are determined as: 70% alcohol as extraction solvent,pH 3,extraction time conditions 4 h,and material-liquid ratio 1:20. The extraction rate of total alkaloids 0.938% under these conditions.
