Study on Anti-fatigue Effect of Pilos Antler Blood Wine

Abstract: Anti-fatigue effects of different doses of pilos antler blood wine,high level(50 ml/kg bw),medium level(16.67ml/ kg bw) and low level(8.33 ml/kg bw) on Kunming mice were discussed.Results showed that compared with the control group of base liquor containing 20% alcohol,the time of mouse weight-loaded awimming of the high level group is longer,and after 20-min exercise,the content of the blood lactic acid and area below blood lactic acid curve are both decreased greatly,and the content of carbamide is reduced obviously.All the three indexes show significant differences between the control group and the high level group of pilos antler blood wine(p < 0.05).However,the pilos antler blood wine does not obviously sffect body weight and glycogen.As a conclusion,it has goosd anti-fatigue effects.
