Abstract:  DNA was extracted from nine soybean processed foods such as bean meal, soy milk and tofu etc by CTAB methods. Based on the PCR amplification of soybean endogenous gene-Lectin, CaMV 35S promoter gene, Cp4-epsps gene were detected by qulitative PCR methods. Results showed that five soybean processed foods namely bean meal, soy milk, tofu, tofu piece and lobster sauce are genetically modified foods involved.
