 Review of Variety Identification in Honey Types

Abstract: This paper viewed all kinds of techniques of identification were used in determining honey types at present, including sensory analysis, pollen analysis, routine physico-chemical analysis, chromatography, spectroscopy technique. The prospect of honey types identification was also discussed.
