Abstract: In this study, the determination of lead in beverage was conducted by static electricanodic stripping voltammetry in a supporting electrolyte of HNO3 (pH2). The peak potential of lead appeares at 0.48 V(vs.Ag/AgCl, 3 mol/L KCl). The linear relationship between the stripping current and concentration of Pb2+ exists in the range of 0~24μg/L, the precision (%) of Pb ise 0.58%~2.50%, and the recovery rate of Pb is 90.0%~105.7%. This method is simple and rapid with few disturbances and high sesitivity, and it is suitable for determining lead in drink.
