Protective Effect of Black Rice Anthocyanin Compound Capsule on Experimental Hepatic Injury

Abstract: Abstract: Establishments pathology model of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)–induced hepatic injury in mice and cured by poured the black rice anthocyanin compound capsule in low concentration and high concentration into stomach, distilled water for the normal group, and plant oil for the suspending agents group. The content of SOD, MDA, GSH and the levels of TNF-α in liver homogenate were measured after 5wk. Hepatic pathological examination was observed.The result show that the black rice anthocyanin compound capsule can increase SOD activity obviously, clear MDA content directly in hepatic tissue, improve GSH content and reduce TNF-α level. The pathology analysis suggested that black rice anthocyanin compound capsule improve hepatic fibrosis in mice. Suspension agents basically have no influence on drug effect. Therefore the black rice anthocyanin compound capsule has a particular treatment effect on CCl4 hepatic injury
