Abstract: With different subspecies of Eremias multiocellata (E.m.yarkandenis, E.m.kozlovi) and their different parts as the research object, total phosphatide contents were assayed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that phosphatide content in E.m.yarkandenis was higher than the E.m.kozlovi, and the phospholipin content of the E.m.yarkandeni tail was obviously higher than that in E.m.yarkandeni body which was cutted tail, phosphatide contents in different parts of E.m.kozlovi were not remarkably different.
