Research Development of Detection Techniques for β-Lactam Antibiotics Residues

Abstract: As β-lactam antibiotics has strong anti-microbial activities without severe adverse effects, it has common application in animal breeding process. With its application in clinical research and in-depth toxicological studies, food safety issues caused by its residues have been widely concerned by management department of food safety and international organizations. This paper will make a comprehensive review on the detection methods of β-lactam antibiotics drug residue.
