Abstract: Deoxynojirimycin, the physiological active constituents of silkworm (Bombyx mori. L.), was first analyzed domesticall by ion chromatography . By smashing the larva of silkworm , distilling the active constituents by ultrasonic method and injectingit to ion chromatography, four aldaloids were isolated. The relative content of 1- deoxynojirimycin was 0.1890% with areanormalization method . The extraction rate of ultrasonic method was seven times higher than that of the distillation with water.
