Response Surface Analysis Study on Naphthaquinonic Compounds Yield by Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Arnebia euchroma(Royle) John

Abstract: A regression equation was obtained by a central composite design in which the yield of naphthaquinonic compoundsas function of temperature and pressure and its response surface analysis were made.The results showed that regressionequation could anticipate the yield up to 4.1%~4.6% at 27MPa, 35℃ by the figure of response surface.
