Some Foodborne Diseases Caused by Human Enteric Viruses

Abstract: In recent years epidemiological studies indicate that enteric viruses were the leading cause of foodborne disease. Withthe development of epidemiology and modern molecular biology, we have the ability to avoid pathogen infection. In this paper wediscuss types of human enteric viruses, transmission routes and diagnosis methods of some enteric viruses, together with detectionmethods for some foodborne diseases. We hope this will lead us understand the importance of foodborne disease in daily life better
