Study on Anti-fatigue Effect of Taihe Silky Fowl Embryo

Abstract: Two hundred Kunming mice were randomly divided into ten groups,among which,the experiment groups were adminstered by gavage with the chick embryo suspensions of 6,10and14d old at the doses of 4.8、2.4 and 1.2 g/kg·d,respectively,and the physiological salt water was administered to the control group. After 30 d,the loaded-swimming time was recorded,and the HG,serum LDH activity,BUN and blood LD were measured. Results showed that Taihe silky fowl embryo could delay the swimming time,increase of serum LDH activity and liver glycogen,and decrease of serum BUN and LD in swimming mice. 10 day old chick embryo has the best function. In conclusion,Taihe silky fowl embryo can promote the abilities of anti-fatigue of mice.
