Abstract: The current applications and production techniques of food grade hydrogen peroxide are presented. The generation and damage of various impurities in food grade hydrogen peroxide, as well as the purification techniques for them are introduced. The superiorities and insufficiencies of other relevant purification technologies are compared. The development trends of production technology and application prospect of food grade hydrogen peroxide process are pointed out.
