Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs) are an extremely diverse group of small proteins that are considered together because of their native antimicrobial activity. Reviews on the structure, mechanism of antimicrobial, the updated research progress, actual problems and prospects in biological control of antimicrobial peptides from halobios were elucidated.
