Abstract: In this paper some modern high technologies principles and their application conditions were introduced. There hightechnologies mainly including computer technique, biological technique, sandwich technique, membrane technique, supercriticalfluid extracting technique, ultrasonic wave and microwave technique, microcapsule technique, extra fine pulverizing tech-nique, nano technique and green packing technique etc were reviewed. And the main methods about how to opply the hightecnique in the food industry and grain-oil industry were also mentioned in this paper.
