Towards the Construction of Omnibearing and Multilevel Management System for Quality and Safety of Muslim Beef and Mutton

Abstract: Establishing quality and safety system for Muslim beef and mutton is one major approach to improving their quality and safety situation, and is also a problem to be solved for breaking through international trade barriers and promoting international competitiveness. Based on the integration of available beef and mutton production standards and Muslim certification standards, constructional thoughts and models for quality and safety systems of Muslim beef and mutton are proposed here to provide the theoretical basis of management for constructing omnibearing and multilevel quality safety system of Muslim beef and mutton.
